Very nice and useful utility from Mark Russinovich - ZoomIt. With this utility you can draw on the screen directly.
Now you can add hand writing on the Block Diagram:
Just press Ctrl+2, then press hotkey for capturing (in SnagIt I have Ctrl+Shift+C), then paste your illustration on block diagram (or, front panel, of course).
